Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant with expertise in implementation, configuration, and support of Workday Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will augment the onshore team and provide critical support to Payroll Operations teams , ensuring seamless payroll processes and compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday Payroll solutions to optimize payroll operations.
• Design and enhance payroll workflows within Workday to improve efficiency.
• Manage EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and operational payroll tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Advise clients on best practices and recommend improvements to payroll processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Workday Payroll Expertise : Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll features and functions.
• Payroll Knowledge : Strong understanding of payroll principles, processes, and regulations.
• Technical Skills : Ability to work with payroll data, software, and systems.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Strong collaboration skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills
