Job Title: Social Media Producer/Editor

Location: East Aurora, NY

Duration: 03 months

Pay rate: $48/hr

Note: Only W2 and local candidate

• Responsible for creating social-first content for Mattel's portfolio of brands.
• Able to turn any branded content into compelling social media material, including comics, gifs, graphics, images, stories, and copy.
• Experience creating content assets for various audiences and platforms, including still image sets and short-form video clips.
• Collaborate with platform and strategy teams to create and manipulate videos, photos, gifs, social copy, short clips, and other digital media.
• Produce and edit a wide range of social content, including video, photos, gifs, streaming stories, and copy for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Comfortable posting creative material such as reels, IG Lives, TikToks, Stories, and YouTube edits.
• Passionate about creativity with a strong desire to learn and grow in the space.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with an eagerness to expand skillsets to support social-first content development.
• Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, including light color grading, sound mixing, and basic voiceover work.
• Create simple animations, text overlays, and graphics using After Effects or Canva.
