Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shipping Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Shipping Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and compliant shipping of pharmaceutical products. Your expertise in validation processes and regulations will be essential in maintaining the integrity of the supply chain.
Role accountabilities:
Conduct shipping validation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Develop and execute shipping validation protocols, including testing and documentation, to verify the effectiveness and reliability of shipping processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment and adherence to shipping validation requirements.
Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Monitor and analyze shipping data to identify trends, address issues, and propose improvements to optimize shipping processes.
Review and evaluate shipping documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct audits of shipping processes, including packaging materials, labeling, temperature control, and security measures, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry trends related to shipping validation in the pharmaceutical industry.
Provide training and guidance to staff involved in shipping processes to promote understanding and compliance with validation requirements.
