Job Description
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. This is a NetSuite Administrator position with broad responsibilities including, but not limited to, working closely with functional leaders to understand their challenges, make recommendations, provide support/guidance through ticket management, strong understanding of various financial modules, strategize application growth/scale, and deliver project initiatives. As product owner, you are expected to have a hands-on and proactive approach to perform day-to-day operations, administration, maintenance, support, development, and prioritization of support requests.
What you will be working on - Experience overseeing NetSuite changes and testing.
- The ability to support data import process and migration.
- Manage and coordinate NetSuite bi-annual updates.
- Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs.
- Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system.
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting.
- Serve as the go-to person for the NetSuite platform.
- Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimizations.
- Work with end-users to understand business needs to identify best solutions.
- Perform day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting activities through prioritization of support requests.
- Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and third-party applications.
- Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules, email, and custom buttons/links.
- Support the configuration, development, and continued evolution of the NetSuite ERP system.
- Customize and maintain reports, NetSuite dashboards, and save searches
- Support existing customizations (workflows, custom records, roles etc.)
- Can act as a delivery lead, by coordinating activities, meetings, milestones etc. for critical initiatives.
- A key contributor to the platform roadmap, considerations, standards etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field required.
- NetSuite Administration certification or 5+ as an administrator.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines.
- Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
- Recommend best practices/challenge the status quo.
- Driven individual who seeks continuous improvement and upskilling.
- Proactive and self managing.
- Can work in a support capacity managing, triaging and prioritizing of incidences and tasks.
- Hands on knowledge in PTP, OTC, FAM, Dashboards, Role management, Integration Setup, Dashboards, Search/Reports, SuiteAlanlytics, and SuiteFlow.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $71,000 - $120,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
