This is a unique H ourly PLUS Commission role which offers a very flexible schedule. Our Sales - Product Specialists help guide clients seamlessly through the purchasing process to provide a stress-free experience. Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements in order to match their vehicle needs with one in current inventory.
  • Accompany customer on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology.
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority.
  • Full knowledge of the inventory, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Sales Consultant:

  • Previous successful car sales experience is a plus, but sales experience in any industry, such as: Real Estate, Home Furnishings, Electronics or Retail Sales, will be considered.
  • Must have an outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and be self-motivated.
  • Sales representatives should have a professional appearance and good communication skills
  • Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
