A day in the life

• Engage with customers in a setting inspired by Hawaiis vibrant fashion and unique culture, creating and building lasting relationships with customers.
• Flexible schedules allow you to enjoy the island lifestyle, whether its surfing at sunrise or attending a local festival in the evening.
• Showcase your creativity and achieve sales goals through styling outfits, curating content on digital platforms and effectively using selling tools (inclusive of text and social media)
• Be a part of a supportive team that celebrates pilina (connections) with one another
• Work with the team to keep the department customer ready, which means filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• This role may require you to be flexible to occasionally performing work/duties in a department other than the one you were hired into
