Who we are looking for Charles River for Private Markets is seeking a Product Operations Manager. You will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our global product and engineering team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing product-related requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining product documentation, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
What you will be responsible for As Product Operations Manager you will
- Product Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with product vendors, including compliance, billing, and contract renewals. Work closely with internal product and engineering stakeholders to ensure vendor services meet our strategic and operational needs.
- Product Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation. Ensure all materials are up-to-date and accessible to both internal teams and external partners, enhancing communication and understanding of our product offerings.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability of the product team. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- RFP Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related requests for proposals (RFPs). Ensure timely and accurate responses to RFPs and coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information.

Education & Preferred Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related field.
- Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred
- Understanding of the private markets/alternative investment lifecycle from manager due diligence to investment monitoring and analytics & reporting
- Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with vendor management and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
- Progress towards CFA or CAIA is desirable
- Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools

Salary Range: $90,000 - $142,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
