Job Description

Description HealthSource Saginaw (HSS) is looking for an Organizational Development Director in our Organizational Excellence department who are passionate about the work they do and is responsible for interviewing patients/responsible parties in order to obtain personal and financial data. Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional degree program (i.e., RN, MD, PhD, NP, OT, PT, SLP, etc.) with a current Michigan license in good standing and/or Bachelor degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Human Performance required. Masters or other equivalent advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organization and Talent Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partner or related discipline preferably in the healthcare industry. 5+ years of experience creating and leading programs and initiatives, with progressively increasing responsibilities. Vendor and contract management experience. Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience in leading a team preferred. Knowledge of adult learning principles and the teaching/learning process acquired through continuing education activities and/or formal academic classes. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. HealthSource Saginaw
