Our facility is treats Residential Mental Healthcare needs. We are licensed by DSS and DHCS and Joint Commission accredited.

You don't cut corners, you manage your time productively and you bring heart with boundaries to work with you across four 10 hour shifts per week. Two to three overnight 10P-8A shifts and two to three 1-10P shifts per week.

Requirements
Our Program Aid scope is different than most clinics. Here, you will be part of an interdisciplinary psychiatric team and you will:
- Utilize behavioral interventions and communication tools to provide effective feedback to patients
Will you:
- Round and room?
- Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in patient behaviors?
- Become familiar with and use behavioral redirection techniques?
- Know how to respond to negative behaviors appropriately?
- Observe medication?
- De-escalate crises?
- Accept feedback and direction as you grow as a mental health professional?
- Provide written documentation on each patients?
- Target reinforcer frequency, duration and intensity to improve functional status as quality of life?
- Convey gentle parenting, collaborative problem solving and reinforcement concepts to parents and families?
- Build meal plans and positive reinforcement plans with families?
- Work under high-stress situations and stay calm, resourceful and kind?
- Maintain self care outside of work hours?
- Manage patient crisis situations?
- Act as liaison/advocate for information regarding medication changes, treatment, changes in treatment plan, discharge planning, etc.
- Exhibit significant reliable habits, including timeliness and organizational skills?
- Monitor patient attendance in treatment program, motivationally interviewing pt and practicing coping skills with pt and their family?
- Manage inventory.
