Job Description:
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer, you will work with Microsoft's Power Platform, including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Data verse. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions to meet business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Customer Service module.
  • Implement solutions using Power Platform technologies, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Data verse.
  • Perform system configuration, customization, and integrations to enhance business workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain .NET and C# applications that integrate with Dynamics 365.
  • Document best practices, governance, and user guidance for Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Optimize system performance, security, and compliance within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Customer Service module.
  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft's licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and C#.
  • Ability to create mockups and prototypes based on business requirements.
  • Experience in training and supporting business users in Dynamics 365.
  • Availability to work onsite and remotely as needed.



The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
