Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies.

What's Needed?

• Some experience with CNC machinery is preferred, but factory experience with non-CNC machines will be considered.
• Ability to work 4–10 hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
