HVAC/R Technician – Full-Time

$35–$45/hour + Benefits & Bonuses

Location: Serving the Front Range (Fort Collins to South Denver)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, AC, and refrigeration)
• Perform routine maintenance (e.g., filter replacements, coil cleaning)
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and commercial refrigeration equipment
• Replace defective components and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent equipment failures
• Collaborate with team members and contractors on projects
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HVAC/R Technician
• Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and basic plumbing
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift equipment and work in a variety of conditions
