International Tax Supervisor
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Compensation: $115k - 140k Base + Annual Bonus

Overview:
A global company with a broad international footprint is seeking an International Tax Supervisor to lead and support critical international tax functions. This role combines technical expertise with project oversight and offers strong growth potential within a financially stable and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise quarterly and annual international income tax provisions (ASC 740).
* Manage foreign tax compliance processes and coordinate with external advisors.
* Oversee foreign return-to-provision adjustments and reconciliations.
* Support transfer pricing compliance and country-by-country reporting.
* Research international tax matters and present insights to leadership.
* Monitor and evaluate global tax law changes.
* Assist in managing international tax audits and advisory projects.

Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Accounting preferred; CPA required or in progress.
* 6+ years of relevant tax experience, with strong ASC 740 proficiency.
* Public accounting experience preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax provision software (e.g., OneSource).
* SAP (S/4HANA) experience a plus.
