We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal lines accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing an assigned portfolio of personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and other personal insurance products.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
3. Responding promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
4. Working closely with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing.
5. Conducting policy reviews and recommending changes or additional coverage as necessary.
6. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best advice and service to clients.
7. Assisting with claims management, ensuring clients receive fair and prompt settlements.
8. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our processes and services.
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need the following:
1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
2. A current and valid insurance license.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Proficiency in insurance software systems and Microsoft Office suite.
6. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
7. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
8. Experience in a remote or hybrid-remote work environment is an asset.
