We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while also having the opportunity to engage with team members and clients in person as needed. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be dealing with commercial insurance policies and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about risk management and insurance underwriting and is looking to take their career to the next level in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a book of commercial lines accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
2. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Reviewing and analyzing insurance policies to identify any gaps in coverage and recommending appropriate solutions.
4. Assisting with policy renewals and conducting risk assessments to ensure that clients' insurance needs are met.
5. Collaborating with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
6. Keeping up to date with changes in the insurance industry and advising clients on new products and services that may benefit them.
7. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, risk management, insurance underwriting, policy analysis, and policy renewal.
2. A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
3. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
4. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and analyze insurance policies.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment, including having a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
9. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
10. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
