Job Summary
As a
Franchise Business Consultant for the #1 Commercial Cleaning company in the US, your primary goal will be to develop trusted relationships with our Unit Franchise Owners as well as our current and potential Clientele. With extensive training, strong support teams, and continual opportunities for growth, our Franchise Business Consultants develop the skills to coach and develop our Franchisees into successful business owners.
Responsibilities - Cultivate relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
- Address and resolve client complaints.
- Conduct quality audits to maintain high service standards.
- Facilitate the startup of services for new clients.
- Manage transfers of service between franchisees.
- Quote and sell one-time services to existing clients.
- Train new and existing franchisees.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships
- Stay up to date on industry and market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify innovative business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Franchise Business Consultants, Office Managers, and the Regional Director to learn about the client's needs, position Stratus comprehensive solutions, and deliver a seamless transition of trust with the operational partner the Franchise Owner
- Be a part of a culture that values innovation, agility, and teamwork
- Some nights and weekends based on need for account transfers and training of franchisees.
- Little to no overnight travel required.
Qualifications - Familiarity with G-Suite Workspace including Google Spreadsheets, Google Documents and Google Drive.
- HubSpot or other CRM, LinkedIn.
- Ability to navigate the internet and various platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
