Emanouil brothers, Inc is a Chelmsford, MA based landscape company that is family owned and operated since 1986. We are seeking a Lead Fleet Mechanic for our garage to service our Fleet of vehicles, Diesel Equipment and Small engine equipment.

Job requires all aspects of maintaining, fixing and repairing of Trucks and Equipment. We are looking for a full-time employee who is able to work Monday – Friday 8 to 10-hour shifts. All hours after 40 will be paid overtime as time and a half. Individual should have 5+ years of experience and come with their own tools (within reason). Equipment Ranges from Small engine lawn mowers, chain saws, trimmers to heavier equipment skid steers, mini excavators, Loaders and excavators to Trucks 150’s to triaxles.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to, overseeing existing staff, hours, budgets, quality control, preventive maintenance plans, etc. Existing staff consists of one small engine mechanic and the other a general mechanic to help with trucks and equipment.

Lead Mechanic would work with Project managers, Foreman and operations manager to ensure hit list of most needed items to fix with deadlines/ when needing equipment back on jobs along with prioritizing inhouse versus sending out equipment.

Payment to range from $35 to $45 based on applicant ability and experience.

Duties required would be as follows:

• Assessing repairs needed on Trucks and Equipment

• Working with Operations team to fix & service equipment in a timely manner

• Ordering of parts needed to repair equipment

• Working with Current team to repair equipment

• Tracking repairs of equipment and keeping track of equipment logs

• Manage and keep shop in a clean and organized fashion

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical Ability to work on small engines, trucks and diesel equipment

• Ability to work in fast paced environment

• Ability to work as a team with other mechanic and Operations staff

• Own tools to fix and repair equipment
