-Light Maintenance: Handling or overseeing basic repairs or minor facility upkeep.
-Financials and Budgets: Assisting in managing operational budgets, tracking spending, and helping with capital planning (long-term investments like new equipment or upgrades)
-At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management (FM) or a related field.
