WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people and wants to work in a team environment. Our culture and employee demeanor is of the most importance. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. The ability to make handmade lash fans and experience in Classic and Volume sets. Some nights and weekend are required. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible! You must currently live in the Las Vegas/Henderson area or be willing to commute.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment Manage training responsibilities/scheduling proper credentialing for future employees Some nights and weekends are required

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetics license Customer service focused; loves/values your clients Reliable transportation Strong and Reliable Work Ethic Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Ability to work some weekends and some evenings You MUST have a license to do lashes in Nevada; No exceptions. Ability and willingness to learn new concepts and certify to company standards; Applicant MUST complete all pre-screening and interview requirements to be considered
