Job Title: Executive & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive & Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (4 hours per day x 4 days) In this role, you will provide administrative support to our executives and contribute to the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and events, including logistical planning and execution.
  • Perform general office duties such as, ordering supplies, and maintaining the office.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other administrative support positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be Atlanta Based

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense reports.

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time position 16-20 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule with the possibility of remote work (prefer someone located near our Cobb Galleria office)
