JOB SUMMARY

Provides administrative support for an executive, as well as receptionist duties for the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

The duties listed below may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

1. Assists and supports bank executive officer

2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments; calendar management.

3. Handles confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.

4. Ensures that various administrative tasks are done in an effective and efficient manner, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, screening phone calls when requested, preparing expense reports, reviewing outside mail, and maintaining files as needed.

5. Makes travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

6. Greets and registers visitors, informs executive of the visitor's arrival, and directs visitors to appropriate meeting room.

7. Arranges for conference rooms or makes other logistical arrangements as required, arranges A/V equipment.

8. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Requires High School Diploma
  • 5-7 years of experience in the administrative assistant field (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Skilled with interpersonal communications, customer service, managing priorities and workflow
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to maintain high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Requires reliable transportation
