Summary

The  Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site Meeting Planner.  This position reports to the Events team and is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests while the event is on-site.  It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.  Event Concierge would oversee events on-site both in the Hotel and in McCormick Place Convention Center. 

SALARY

the hourly wage for this position is $27.00.

  • Open and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays - required

  • Event planning experience and/or customer service experience preferred
