We are seeking several Epic Analyst s to collaborate on a big bang implementation! We are seeking to hire full-time, EPIC experienced Analysts with any of the following specialties (certifications highly desired): Beacon, Cupid, Hospital Billing, Beaker, HIM.
This is for a +250-bed hospital with a 90% retention rate among the large Epic team that was hired 5 years ago. This offers a positive culture, flexibility, professional growth, competitive compensation and excellent benefits!
The Epic Analyst will :
Act as the primary support contact for specific Epic applications.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise within the assigned application, collaborate with other application teams to address cross-functional issues, and utilize a ticket management system to document troubleshooting records from end users and operational leads.
Guide the design of workflows, the building and testing of the system, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Epic software.
Communicate all application changes, enhancements and procedures to other Epic application teams.
Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives, ensuring alignment and project progress.
Work with Epic representatives, internal business partners, and end users to ensure the system meets the organization's business needs.
Assist with developing business and operational direction by attending site visits, workflow sessions, and other integrated sessions.
You may also participate in the development of end-user training processes and/or curriculum content creation in collaboration with the Education team.
Regularly reviews project status, timelines and issues with Team Lead and Management, fostering transparent communication and timely resolution of concerns.
In conjunction with operational Subject Matter Experts, you will build application-specific workflows or processes for Hospital, Outpatient Departments, Ambulatory Clinics
Complete comprehensive testing cycles, including upgrade, unit, functional and integration testing.
Lead initiatives for system enhancements, including introducing new features, system upgrades and updates, and optimization projects, to guarantee that the system's development aligns with end user needs and adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Adhere to change management protocols for all application changes.

Requirements for Epic Analyst :
Requires a high school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s preferred.
Current Epic Certification(s)/Accreditation(s) in any of the following: Beacon, Cupid, Hospital Billing, Beaker, HIM.
Two Years’ experience within a healthcare related clinical environment
Practical knowledge of the process and delivery of patient care services in an acute care facility and/or ambulatory office practice environment
Experience with electronic health record systems analysis, design, build
Epic application implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
