**Job Title: Entry Level Travel Agent (Remote)**

**About the Role**
We are on the lookout for a meticulous and highly organized Entry Level Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless travel experiences, managing bookings, and providing top-notch customer service to our valued clients.
**Responsibilities:**
**Travel Planning:** Collaborate with clients to understand their unique travel preferences and requirements. Tailor customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and exciting activities.
**Training & Development:** Engage in live and online training programs to earn travel industry certifications. Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise to better serve our clients.
**Booking Management:** Oversee the end-to-end process of booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. Ensure all reservations are accurate and efficient.
**Communication:** Maintain open and regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address any concerns. Foster strong relationships with our travel partners.
**Problem Resolution:** Proactively identify and resolve any travel issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive client experience.
**Documentation:** Manage all travel-related documentation, including tickets, confirmations, and visas. Ensure clients receive all necessary information before their journey.
**Travel Trends & Updates:** Stay informed about the latest travel trends, regulations, and updates. Provide clients with relevant information and recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
**Customer Service:** Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain a positive reputation. Address client feedback and continuously seek ways to improve our travel coordination process.
