Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Manage case files, ensuring all necessary documents are filed accurately and on time. We seek self-starters who enjoy working closely with the attorneys on cases, rather than people who wait to be told what to do.
Provide regular updates to clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Assist attorneys with preparation for trials, hearings, and mediations.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and achieve shared goals.
Qualifications:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a family law paralegal.
Proficiency in drafting legal documents, managing deadlines, and navigating court systems.
Familiarity with case management software and a willingness to learn new technologies.
The ability to manage a caseload with efficiency and professionalism.
