7+Month Contract
Shift hours- Mon -Fri (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM)

Manager's Job Description:

Prepping documents for scanning, attention to detail, ability to work quickly and accurately, respective to constant feedback. There will be standing, but chairs are available. The candidate may need to lift up to 50 pounds. Various clients. The candidate will have the opportunity to become perm with Client after 320 hours worked. Free parking is available.
The role involves ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction by accurately prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents to meet company quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan, inspect, compile, and assemble documents while maintaining quality standards.
• Meet deadlines and production standards, ensuring error-free work.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including resolving minor issues and performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Communicate problems effectively to management.
• Maintain an organized workstation to prevent errors.
• Use KODAK scanners to perform customer-specific tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic PC and typing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Comfortable working in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
