Job Description:
A successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our groundbreaking coupon and discount platform. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and always available, enabling us to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure.
Manage and monitor our cloud-based systems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement automation tools and processes for efficient deployment, scaling, and configuration management.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Oversee the security of our systems, implementing best practices and staying updated on potential threats.
Collaborate on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Lead efforts to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.
Strong Linux background with Linux certification, preferably at the level 2.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer are a plus.
