Brandability, Inc. is a branded merchandise leader dedicated to serving high growth brands. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Brand Strategist to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to help shape and drive forward our marketing team.

Role Overview:

As a Creative Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative brand strategies that resonate with our target clients and drive brand growth. You will combine your marketing acumen with your proficiency in Adobe Suite to bring these strategies to life visually. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help position our brand as a leader in the industry and proactively deliver innovative ideas and solutions for our top customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints.
  • Utilize your creative skills in Adobe Suite to design compelling visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, templates, and decks.
  • Translate brand strategies into visually engaging campaigns that tell our brand's story across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency in all communications and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with external partners to bring collaborative creative projects to fruition.
  • Analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of brand campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our brand strategies fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and creative design.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, ideally for an ad agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Exceptional creative and design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to think strategically while also paying attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing and/or creative is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in grammar and spelling.
