Join our diverse and resilient team, and together, we'll make an impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In today's rapidly changing business landscape, it's more important than ever to have a skilled and adaptable workforce. That's why we offer professional and leadership training to nurture and grow employees and leaders, as well as safety training to build a stronger safety culture. We design and facilitate differentiated, best-in-class training for our clients creating strong retention, advocacy, empowerment, and growth.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) trainer to join our team. As a CPR trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to individuals and groups on the proper techniques and procedures for performing CPR. Your primary goal will be to ensure that participants gain the knowledge and confidence to perform CPR in emergency situations.

  • Conduct CPR training sessions for individuals and groups, ensuring that participants learn and understand the proper procedures for performing CPR.
  • Develop and update training materials and lesson plans in accordance with the latest guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to participants on their performance during training sessions, and provide additional instruction and practice as needed.
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training sessions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and healthcare professionals to ensure that training programs are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including participant attendance, performance, and evaluations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in CPR training, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Certification as a CPR instructor from a recognized organization such as the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively teach and train individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Knowledge of the latest CPR guidelines and best practices, as well as the ability to incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
  • Experience in adult education or training, with the ability to develop and deliver effective training materials and lesson plans.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of training sessions.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel across the neighbor islands.

Your unique background, perspectives, and experience matter to us. Even if you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply and share your story.
