Summary of Position:

The Content Producer / Creator is responsible for end-to-end content capture and production management across Morphe’s social and digital channels, with a strong focus on TikTok and Meta (Instagram & Facebook). This role will be hands-on in content creation, overseeing the planning, filming, and execution of trend-driven, high-quality social content.

The ideal candidate is both a producer and creator who can capture content, direct shoots, and be comfortable in front of the camera when needed. They will work closely with the Content Editor and in-house creative team to ensure Morphe’s brand voice is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with beauty industry trends.

Principal Accountabilities:

• DAILY: Capture and produce short-form video content on and off camera for TikTok and Meta, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and trend-driven execution . (25%)
• DAILY: Assist in content capture in on-set production and content shoots , while following lighting, framing, and creative direction that aligns with Morphe’s brand identity. (20%)
• DAILY: Stay ahead of social trends , identifying emerging content styles, viral sounds, and aesthetic shifts to keep Morphe’s content relevant. (15%)
• WEEKLY: Collaborate with the Content Editor to ensure captured content is properly edited for performance on various short form platforms (15%)
• ONGOING: Collaborate with our external creators, influencers, and UGC partners when appropriate to expand Morphe’s content pipeline. (10%)
• ONGOING: Experiment with new content formats, interactive social features, and in-app tools to maximize reach and engagement. (10%)
• AS NEEDED: Step in as an on-camera talent for specific brand content shoots. (5%)

Content Editor, Social Media Team, Creative, E-commerce, Brand Marketing

Key External Relationships:

Influencers, UGC Creators, Production Vendors

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in social content production, videography, or as a creator within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Proven ability to produce, direct, and capture high-quality content optimized for TikTok and Meta.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills, with an eye for composition, lighting, and framing.
• Hands-on experience operating cameras, lighting setups, and mobile-first production tools.
• Comfortable being on-camera as needed, with a natural understanding of UGC-style content and creator-led marketing.
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and viral content formats.
• Basic editing skills preferred, but this role is focused on production and content capture.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel for content shoots, events, and brand activations as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to the health and safety to self or others.
