Commercial HVAC Service Technician – $70,000–$120,000, depending on experience– Louisville, KY

We’re looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We have opportunities available in Louisville, KY, Bloomington, IN, and Cincinnati, OH.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a range of commercial HVAC/R systems, including rooftop units, split systems, refrigeration equipment, light chillers, and small boilers. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and values clear communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R systems efficiently
• Maintain clear communication with customers during service calls
• Use electronic devices to complete check sheets and work orders
• Care for tools and service vehicle, ensuring everything is in good condition and well-organized

The Person

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC/R
• Confident in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage your own workload
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using electronic devices to complete job forms
