Hunsaker & Associates, an established planning, civil engineering, and surveying firm has opportunities in our Irvine, Riverside, and Los Angeles, California offices for Senior AutoCAD experts with experience in Land Development.

Duties:

· Prepare site plan, plotting exhibits, and grading studies as needed.

· Prepare conceptual grading plans for small and large development projects.

· Prepare tentative tract maps and tentative parcel maps.

· Prepare presentation and civil engineering exhibits for Tentative Tract Maps.

· Assist with project coordination.

Qualifications :

Candidate should have the following qualifications:

· Senior Draftsperson should have proven design experience in plotting home products on conceptual site plans. Understands grading and street design layouts for site planning purposes.

· 3-5 years solid experience with AutoCAD.

· Knowledge of Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Los Angeles County tentative map and civil design standards

· Prepare site plan, plotting exhibits and grading studies as needed.

· Earthwork and Cut/Fill experience desired. Hillside grading.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Engineering experience with any of the following helpful; rough grading, precise grading, road, sewer, water, storm drain designs, plan and profiles

· Certification in AutoCAD, AA degree, or similar preferred, not required.
