Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with stakeholders companywide to understand and advise on their objectives and problems.
  • Support the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects, managing the change landscape and supporting benefit realization.
  • Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members.
  • Work with the relevant business area in helping to identify other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area.
  • Coach senior leaders and managers on role-modelling and behaviours when sponsoring / leading transformation programmes.
  • Support programs through the production of playbooks, change impact assessments, stakeholder matrixes and other supporting collateral.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions, either in-person or remote that include elements of change management theory.
  • Support knowledge management efforts with clients and within the team.
  • Preferably have previous experience in one or more relevant areas [e.g., Operating Model Design, Process Design & Optimization, Change Management & Communications].
  • Support building out of the change management capabilities across JLL in order to enable more streamlined and effective project delivery across JLL.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with change management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change.

The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.

Experience

  • Professional experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda.
  • Direct experience of major global business transformation projects.
  • Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential.
  • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.
  • Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.
  • Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish.

  • Leadership Skills: exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships on all levels of organisation.
  • Influencing and teamwork: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Change Management Skills: Has a good understanding of change management theory and application, for example, using the Prosci framework.
  • Analytical Skills: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Drives to fix the ultimate root causes to drive sustainable change.
  • Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a holistic approach.
