We are looking for a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to serve as a Subject Matter Expert and lead reviewer for tax and accounting operations. In this highly visible role, you will review complex files, manage key client accounts, and mentor junior and senior team members.

CPA Job Description:

• Review bookkeeping files and financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct technical reviews of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Personally manage advanced and high-net-worth client accounts
• Identify discrepancies, tax planning opportunities, and provide team feedback
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline workflows and provide technical training
• Stay current on changing tax laws and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Active CPA license (required)
• PTIN (required)
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years in public accounting, with strong tax review experience
• Proficiency with tax software, QuickBooks, and Google Docs Suite
• Proven track record of working with complex or high-net-worth clients
• Strong analytical and mentorship skills
