Summary :

• The Cath Lab Manager serves as a member of the Adult & Pediatrics Cardiovascular Catheterization and Electrophysiology Team engaged in the clinical, operational and business management of a Cardiac Catheterization.
• Also must coordinate with related departments including CCU-nursing, ER, Surgery and 24 hour nursing administration.
• Maintains department in compliance with all appropriate regulating organizations and performs other duties as assigned.
• Assures that quality of care is delivered in a safe, therapeutic environment.
• This role supports the St. Joseph's Hospital

Qualifications :

Education:

• Required - Technical Diploma or Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology/Radiology/Respiratory Therapy; Or Diploma/Associate's/Bachelor's in Nursing

Credentials:

• Required - RN (Registered Nurse); Or - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists); Or - RRT (Respiratory Therapy); Or - RCIS (Cardiovascular);
• Required - BLS & ACLS

Experience:

• Requires 1+ year of Formal Manager-level experience within Adult Cardiac Cath Lab NOT including Lead, Charge Nurse or Coordinator; Preferred - Leadership experience within Electrophysiology and Pediatric Cath Lab also
• Requires 5+ years of RN or RCIS experience within Adult Cardiac Cath Lab; Preferred - Experience within Pediatrics Cath Lab and Electrophysiology
