Edustaff is eagerly seeking Building Substitute Teachers to serve in Rockford Public Schools.

As a Building Substitute Teacher, you will:

• Perform a variety of duties as that of a classroom teacher in the implementation and support of instructional programs for students in group or one-on-one settings.
• Be flexible on moving around the building throughout the day in order to help meet the needs of the building.
• Prepare instructional materials, maintain classroom discipline, and lead planned activities designated by a licensed teacher.
• Help develop and maintain a positive school-wide learning environment.

All Building Substitute Teachers MUST meet the following qualifications:

• Substitute Teacher License (or Professional Educators License) through the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE).
• Minimum requirement for Substitute Teacher Certification (IL): Bachelors Degree
• Completed physical and TB test
• Must pass a background check

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $165.00 per day
