Job Description
A client of insight global is seeing a Bank operations manager. The Bank Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the bank's day-to-day operational processes and systems. This leadership role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, enhances operational performance, and drives strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Operational Leadership
o Manage and supervise daily banking operations, including account services, transaction processing and back-office
o Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
o Identify and mitigate operational risk while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Compensation:
$45/hr to $50/hr + quarterly bonus opportunities
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience - Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5+ years management within Facilities and Corporate Property Management
- Experience with training facilities staff
Vendor management experience
