Job Description
As our Lead Manager, you’ll be the first line of communication with motivated homeowners. Your role is to connect, qualify, and set appointments for our Acquisition Specialists — ensuring no opportunity is missed. You’ll thrive in this position if you love talking to people, are extremely organized, and are energized by fast-paced, high-impact work.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Respond to new leads quickly via phone, text, and CRM
• Conduct qualification calls to uncover seller motivation, timeline, condition, and price
• Schedule warm-to-hot seller appointments directly onto the Acquisitions team calendar
• Maintain and update CRM (REsimpli) accurately and in real time.
• Track KPIs and follow standardized workflows and communication processes
• Build trust and rapport with sellers through consistent, friendly, and empathetic communication
• Collaborate daily with team members via Slack and ClickUp
Responsibilities:
Success Metrics
• 15–20 appointments set weekly
• 100–150 daily outbound calls
• 100% of new leads followed up with same day
• Clear, timely CRM updates with detailed notes
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate: • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Based in Central or South America
• Previous experience working remotely with U.S.-based teams or call centers
• Confident handling 100–150 calls per day and staying resilient through rejection
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating CRMs, calendars, and messaging apps
• Process-oriented, detail-obsessed, and able to follow instructions exactly
• Strong sense of ownership, personal responsibility, and team commitment

• Appointment setting or inside sales
• Customer service with a high call volume
