Job Description

Coelement is seeking a highly skilled and creative Animator to join our team. As an Animator, you will be responsible for bringing characters, objects, and scenes to life through the art of animation. Your work will be an essential part of our company's projects, including video games, commercials, films, and animated shorts. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and contribute to the creation of visually stunning and engaging content.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality animations, including character movements, interactive environments, and special effects.
  • Collaborate with the art and design teams to understand project requirements and ensure animations align with the overall vision.
  • Develop and maintain animation pipelines, tools, and processes to streamline production.
  • Film and edit motion capture data for realistic animations.
  • Implement animations into various platforms using industry-standard software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues, ensuring smooth integration with other elements of the project.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in animation techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Animator, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Proficient in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects).
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, character rigging, and integration techniques.
  • Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and realism.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • A passion for animation and a desire to constantly improve and learn new techniques.
