Overview:

General Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure data accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial transactions.

Qualifications we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
