POSITION SUMMARY
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide outreach and guidance to potential students; assists students with key steps needed to
register for college classes.
• Participate in the development of student recruitment and retention plans, strategies, and written
materials.
• Visit middle schools, high schools, and colleges, speaking to groups and meeting with students
individually, collaborate with school counselors to promote outreach activities, coordinate community
workshops and retreats, and arrange visits from prospective students and family members.
• Create a database and maintain continual and timely communication that meets the needs of
prospective and current students
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or higher plus one year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities of
the position, or Associates degree plus three years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Generally, reports to a Director; but may vary upon organizational need.
